I have to say I am very confident in the integrity of this company. When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. Brian ( the technician) who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to quickly solve the issue and get my heater working. He put my mind at ease and I appreciated his honesty. I was grateful that I didn’t need a new heater and the price was more than reasonable. He even vacuumed the inside of the heater.
